Who we are
GAATW Members is operated by the Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW), an international network of non-governmental organisations working on human trafficking, migration, and labour rights. Our secretariat is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
What we collect
When you use this platform, we may collect: your name, email address, organisation name, job title, language preferences, and login activity (timestamps and IP address hash). We do not collect payment information. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to provide access to this platform, to send you the communications you have opted into (such as the weekly digest), and to allow GAATW staff to contact you in the context of network activities. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to operate the platform (e.g. email delivery).
Security
All connections are encrypted using TLS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Login requires email verification on every session. Two-factor authentication is available and encouraged for all users.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting gaatw@gaatw.org. You may also export your data or deactivate your account by contacting the same address.
Cookies and storage
This platform uses browser local storage to keep you signed in between sessions. No third-party cookies are used. No analytics cookies are set.

Who may access this platform
GAATW Members is a private platform for staff of GAATW and its member organisations, and approved external users. Access is by invitation or approved request only.
Acceptable use
By using this platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for work related to GAATW's mandate and network activities
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
- Treat other users' information, including profile data and notes, with respect and confidentiality
- Not share platform content publicly without explicit permission from GAATW
- Not attempt to access data or features beyond your authorised role
